Seventh issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine of 2017 is revealing on Wednesday that the magazine’s eighth issue on January 25 will have an “important announcement” to make for Miki Yoshikawa’s manga titled “Yamada-kun and the Seven Witche”. The final page of the Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches chapter in the seventh issue also hints that an “extra-large project” will be announced in the eighth issue.
Currently, Crunchyroll is releasing manga chapters online for viewers overseas as they are published in Japan, and Kodansha Comics is publishing the manga in print.
The manga inspired a live-action television series that premiered in 2013. A 12-episode television anime adaptation premiered in April 2015, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired. The manga has also inspired two OVAs bundled with the 15th and 17th volumes of the manga in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
